I visited a teacher's website from Lawton Chiles High School. This teacher's site was a bit outdated and was from the school you 2019-202. His site had a welcome sign as well as lots of information on himself and where he graduated from, what he is certified to teach, and has links that lead you to more pages of the specific classes he teaches. His website also has a picture of him and his family. Many other teachers have similar pages too, with pictures of them and their families, as well as where they graduated from and what they teach. In my professional life, I can see myself utilizing many tools, like making a website and watching videos of other teachers' teaching materials to get another idea on how to teach certain material. In the future, I don't see myself using many technologies outside of the classroom, but I do love the idea of using them inside the classroom. For example, I do like the idea of using Khan Academy to help students get a better understanding of the material. I also love the idea of having AI help create lesson plans to get new ideas on how to teach the students that material.

When doing assignment 2, I have found that Canvas is harder to work with than other platforms i found that Canvas doesn't save as easily compared to Word. I was also surprised at how complicated it was at first to make my way around, creating a canvas page and the design tools. When using the AI lesson planning, I think it did a fantastic job at creating an effective lesson plan that manages the allotted time well, but it forgets to leave time for students to ask questions. I think the slides that AI creates could work decently, but I think the teacher's expertise would work better at adapting to the way the students learn. I loved the way that AI allowed for an activity so that the students could get a physical idea of the topic that is being taught instead of just hearing about it. I think the AI lesson plan turned out great and could help me get ideas for my own lesson planning. I didn't particularly like the canvas group tool becasue it is difficult to figue out but I cant think of a better idea.
